Lisp is making a comeback on the strength of both commercial and open
source implementations that provide significant productivity
advantages.  APL can do the same.  Efficient array oriented solutions,
concise notation, and interactive environment are real benefits.
Array programming facilities have been grafted on to other languages,
but it can be argued that APL and J are the native languages for this
solution space.
