I was sitting in an APL BUG meeting and realized I was on the left
side of the IQ distribution in the room.  I thought about the title
"APL is Easy" and wondered: Do we  reverse Mensa's approach?

We don't promote APL as difficult, but somehow it attracts really
bright people.  And, as Jerry Turner's title suggests, APL really does
seem pretty easy.  How much of that is due to excellent design?  APL
has surely been compared to Go with its simple rules.
