No. I am saying exactly the opposite. Today's APL, anybody's, is more
than a match for any other language. The problem is that APL people
want everything their own way ... be workspace bound, hide their data
in component files, refuse to use databases, API calls, other
technologies like XML, HTML, JSON etc. My invitation to APL people is
quite simple: if you want to win, learn to play by the wider industry
rules BECAUSE the industry will never come back to APL on bended
knees. APL is more than capable of this: so why are APL developers so
reticent?
