That's quite right about writing an APL function faster than finding
and verifying something else.   Often I can write an APL function even
faster than I can find MY OWN APL function, among tens of thousands of
them that I've written across 4 decades.   Besides, it helps keep one
in practice.   Sort of like fast draw.
