If you mean open-source interpreters, I don't know of any current
activity.

If you mean application code, the APL Wiki has some and aspires to
host more.

Collaboration between APL writers is reduced by two important factors.
The first is that we've already learned to ignore what everyone else
is doing; otherwise we wouldn't be doing this. The second is that
where the sheer labour of writing in most PLs presses writers into
code libraries, we can often write an APL function we want faster than
we could find and verify one.

For example, see the Solitaire game I posted on the wiki. The listed
source code is 'good to go' and imports no external code whatsoever;
all you need to run it is an interpreter.

The goal of code reusability turned out to be mostly smoke and mirage.
(I doubt it can be used as a goal again.)
