That's simply not true. Myriads of APL-idiom has been published. Apart
from the
language itself APL-idiom is the core of the development. APL-idiom is
different
from "runtime routines" in compiled languages: it is the indispensable
"building stones" for many many applications.
And a lot of APL-ers like to share and distribute, among others (e.g. at
APL-conference and in Proceedings) their code with anyone interested.

Also Vector and Qoute Quad always used to share interesting code,
sometimes
entire "systems" like Causeway (Adrian Smith), WSFind (Rex Swain), FinnAPL
(60 pages with valuable idiom with comprhensive explanantion) &c&c. Or
read e.g.
the entire series by Eugene McDonnell "At Play with J" in Vector.

Or, if you're talking to me, visit my website, from which you may download
an entire non-trivial application, including the workspace, or the
integral
scripts of some K-applications, one and another fully commented.
Only, it will take some effort to get into it and follow the threads.
(It's not a free lunch).
