I checked it.
You could call in many occasions APL-"development" to be "scrum". It's
exactly
what I feel I've been doing many times, and APL is ultimately suited for
this
way of "software development". It's almost what is said in the first
chapter of
Gilman & Rose. It's where the speed of APL-development is.
So, I think it's the other way around. What has been done in APL, decades
long,
could be categorized under the more recent notion of "Scrum".
