It seems to me that unless the BAA unilaterally secedes from the BCS
before the end of April (next Wednesday) only BCS members will be
qualified to vote in an AGM held after that date the rest of us having
ceased to be members of the BAA at the end of the day.
I therefore suggest an EGM to be held @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
