I beileve Infostroy once delivered an interface to dBase files for
Dyalog APL, but this is more than a decade ago and I doubt that they
still use it. I have recently seen a Dyalog application which used
dBase files through ODBC. I think that you can download free or cheap
ODBC drivers for dBase files and then use these with the SQAPL
workspace which is included with Dyalog APL.
