Using a Database within Windows + Dyalog APL

Can anyone here offer some advice on the following :

Using Dyalog and MySQL ( and other DBs ) is of course very simple
during developement work.

However, suppose one wants affer a commercial system for Windows that
uses a database engine, and one does not want the User to have to
install a 3rd. party DB like MySQL for example.

Q: Is there a Windows "build in" database engine that one can simply
use  ?

I seem to remember that the JET Engine was commonly used in the days
of Win2K, but AFAIK is no longer the defacto standard for XP onwards !
