A+ (Linux) has slotfillers, which effectively allow for implementing a
fast lookup-system for data. Interfacing database is easy as well with
A+.
The only problem is it is limited to Linux ( Windows works without the
GUI AFAIK )

APLX offers a good value commercial APL for WIndows at a  price of ca.
500 GBP.
Runtimes are free !
