For any 2nd generation APL (APL2, APLX, APL/W, APL+Win & Visual APL),

In the search box type idioms & download the APL idioms library.
For APL/W, set []ml to 3.
For Visual APL, be aware that []io is zero by default.
APL2 in Depth is a good reference for APL2.
The idioms library is a very good generic reference. However, today
APL is very different. COM, APIs, SQL and DotNet are all part of the
language and in this respect, each APL does it its own way.
APLX is highly affordable. APL/W offers a non-commercial use license
(quite cheap to acquire).
