you may be confusing BA (British Airways, a publicly owned British 
carrier) with BAA (British Airports Authority, a Spanish-owned company)

it is by no means clear to me which one is responsible for the shambles 
at Heathrow's T5, but that "blame it on the computer" sounds like a lame 
excuse, and about 40 years out-of-date

Joe Public understands well enough that if a thing isn't tested, it 
probably isn't going to work  --  likewise its inverse: if  thing 
doesn't work on the day, maybe it wasn't tested properly in the first
place
