I get 0 as the result for the above.  Looking at "APLNM011.NAM" I see
references to "apl2xtrn" and no reference to "TIME" in either the NAM file
or the referenced "apl2xtrn.dll" in the DLL directory.  So I am either out
of date or out of luck.
