The user wants to type an instrument ID and get all the data fields
filled in.

Then he changes a few of them (or none) and hits a button to price
it.  Then he fiddles with the data a little more and tries again.

What CLI interface would you use for that?  Remember, users are slow
and bad at typing, and make mistakes.
