There was, indeed, an APL museum at the APL91 conference at Stanford.
It was assembled by George Mendonsa. When George and his wife moved
to smaller quarters in 2002 more than half a dozen boxes of APL
materials went to the Computer History Museum in Mountain View,
California where it is being kept. At least some of it has been
cataloged.
