Often this one guy ruins a big project that has been going for a long
time with many people.
They have been spending months of trying to prepare design goals when
he is invited to join in.
During the first meeting this guy produces a complete workable system
and the whole team has no reason to meet again.
The customer loves it but the design team hates this APL guy.
