I think it is a great idea.
If you can host one it is good.
Why don't you just start with a site and call it "APL on line Museum"
and begin with a good scan of the APL vade macum card. I can not
imagine that there is a copyright issue open still on it.
It will be interesting to see if all the operations on it work in
modern APLs
The APL FAQ could make up another entry on the page and you are upp to
a good start.
