There is a book available for PCCTS.  I believe there is a version
of it available online.  If you google though the archives of this
group you can probably find a pointer to it.  The author is Terrence
Parr.

I'm not sure it's completely accessible to someone who could not make the
lex/yacc calculator work.  You might need to do some supplemental
reading to understand some of the book.

At any rate, my recollection is that the implementation of object
oriented features is not described in the book.   

PCCTS sounds like the tool to use for your project.

I think the closest you can get to a tutorial is to look for examples
using PCCTS.  I believe someone named Stanislaw Lem used to have a
web site explaining how he had used PCCTS to complete a project.

Unfortunately there is not much traffic here anymore...
