I am now able to compile and run the Boost multi_array without errors. I
do not have a clue about why I was having problems or why it now
works. My best guess is that I somehow screwed up the configuration when
I created the project.
The "Access Denied" message still bothers me. I cannot figure out how
that could possibly occur in this case. Just have to write it off as one
of the many unsolved Codewarrior mysteries not worth solving given the
limited lifetime of the universe.
