No - In the Targets pane it lists the target(s) you can build, once you
have added the .mcp files to the project these targets get a + which can
be expanded. When expanded it lists the dependant .mcp files and if you
expand these it lists their target(s) clicking on the associated icon
adds/removes that target as a prerequisite for the target it is within.
