You'll have to keep CW 8 installed (Just install the Mac tools) or use
command line tools.
We didn't do Mach-O from Windows because of how frameworks are required
and such. There were not changes with the Mac tools. I"m not sure if
they will work with CW 9 Windows or not, you could try them.
