Here was the best answer I got.

  Basically what you need to know:
 - Customer needs to purchase PCLint software at Gimple GmbH
 - You need a configuration file for the compiler. This configuration
file contains the description of all the extension we made to the
front end to support the compiler. This file has the extension .lnt
usually.
You can find example of .lnt file on Gimple web page and in directory
   {Install}\Lint\lnt\CodeWarrior from a 8-16 bit installation.

Write me and I'll grab that file and send it to you and you can see if 
it is something you can modify for CW Windows.  I was told that it could 
be.

I hope this helps a little bit and this is not too complex.  Of course 
all of this is unsupported.
