scripting for working in Command window - Load Instrument

This is what I wish to do, but, the sytax is failing and the
documentation scarce, and the Save COnfiguration does not save this
information.


Load instrument (LI) command for a Data component
Set the data component contents to file systemGlobals.c
Set the data component mode update rate to Periodical at 1 sec refresh
Set the data component Format to Symbolic
Load the Source Window with file Events.c
