Using the IDE with a different Compiler/Language.

Hi,

I'm used to CodeWarrior and I've started using D by Walter Bright
(www.digitalmars.com/d/).
D comes with it's own compiler, is it possible to use CodeWarrior IDE and
Debugger with an external compiler?
In VisualStudio it's possible but I feel much more comfortable with
CodeWarrior.

Any hints?
