I can definitely say that if they ever drop the x86 cross-compiler,
I'll have no reason to use CodeWarrior anymore. I prefer it to XCode (a
lot), but I only recently (in the past 2 weeks) upgraded to 9 because
there wasn't a whole lot I needed to do that 8 couldn't already do. If
they remove x86 cross-compiler support, I'll be forced to keep using
the last version that supports it, or to switch to MS's tools
(shudder).
Has anyone here tried to get XCode to cross-compile x86 code? I'd be
interested to know if it's possible so I can at least keep my options
open should the need arise.
