I've run into a problem with makesis that seems to be a little out of
the ordinary. I'm not getting any 'missing file' errors; in fact, the
process completes and generates a sis file.
However, running makesis in verbose mode lead me to believe that it was
skipping over most of the content of my package file (i.e. did not say
"processing file...."). Checking the file system of the device after
installing the sis "sucessfully" I see that nothing in fact has been
installed at all. I've created several sis files before, and comparing
them line by line I can't seem to figure out what is wrong.
One thing I thought about was the encoding of the package file (ANSI,
UTF-8, etc.) but I thought I'd give a post first and see if anyone else
has had this happen and knows a solution.
