Can't locate E32env.pm in @INC

I'm trying to a simple HelloWorld app for ARM using the Symbian Series 60
SDK, but when I issue the
command 'abld.pl build armi urel', I get an error "Can't locate E32env.pm
in
@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
".

Is there an environment variable that I'm missing?
