Symbian BLDMAKE ERROR: ERROR: CPP.EXE Failure

Hi all symbian developers,

I am new to symbian. I am trying to bldmake an example and get an error:

C:\Symbian\6.1\Series60\Series60Ex\helloworld\group>bldmake bldfiles
BLDMAKE ERROR: ERROR: CPP.EXE Failure

Please suggest a solution
