I have a E2 Palm connection to a Zoom Bluetoom modem.
I have established them as a trusted pair already and now I would like
to programaticly create a new connection via Connection Manager and let
my app select that option as my custom connection.
The Palm docs mention a whole slew of parameters.

What I am looking for is the list of parameters that I need to populate
to create bluetooth connection.
