I am trying to use a web based VPN from our Cisco Concentrator (series
3000).
I go to URL, enter name and password and it is supposed to start a Java
app to manage the VPN connection. But I get this error message when it
tries to start.
"The installer has failed launching the application"
Now I know this group is not for VPN, but I'm completely stick and was
wondering where I could look for more clues? Is ther a place where Java
apps put error messages? Console log doesn't have anything.
I'm running Mac OS X 10.4
