I am using flash_over_jtag_v2 application to program (not EVM board)
along with a Parallel Command Converter (Wiggler).
Is there a way that I can control the TCK? The reason for asking this
is I am getting an error:
"Jtag error, instruction or data register length incorrect !
The target was reset, the application is running

I have a doubt may be TCK and TDO are out of phase..
