Have you tried reading the OSEK Implementation Language (OIL) spec
yet? It's available at http://****tal.osek-vdx.org/.
Once you become
familair with what all those objects are about, then you can make
sense of what OSEK Builder is displaying. The Freescale OSEK
installation also has a CodeWarrior OSEK demo program whose OIL files
you can open with OSEK Builder to examine.
