I've been looking around more and found that it appears that Freescale
packaged their dBug using a linker from Diab Data (which, from what I
can gather, was bought out by Wind River) and only renamed the linker
command file for DLD to .LCF without making any necessary adjustments
for codewarrior (the GROUP keyword has an entirely different usage for
DLD than is as used in Codewarrior).  Anyone looking for a DLD manual
can find it at:

Now if I can just find an equivalent in Codewarrior for DLD's COMMON...
