Advisory- Metrowerks Stationary CW 3.1 HCS12 A128B Processor Makes It Impossible to Use OnChip NVRAM

MW Ron- Between the start12.c and the PRM file there is a conflict
that overlaps RAM and the on-chip NVRAM memory map. This is per
Freescale. They are testing modifications to the Metrowerks start12.c
and prm file to get us a working solution.
