I don't know the exact numbers, but I would guess its correct.

The UA for TB 2.0.0.12 are:

Thunderbird 2.0.0.12 (Macintosh/20080213) or

Thunderbird 2.0.0.12 (Windows/20080213)

or some will have this:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.8.1.9) 
Gecko/20071031 Thunderbird/2.0.0.9 Mnenhy/0.7.5.666

and I found one poster who has this:
Thunderbird 2.0.0.9 (Windows/20071031)

so, as you can see, it varies.
