Yes, I knew that. I was responding to the opinion that Netscape is a
dead end. There seem to be a few users in this news group that are
sup****ting Netscape software. Many users still sup****t software
long after a cor****ation does not. I know people who do not like
Flock or Firefox or IE or Opera and they still use Netscape because
it is what they are used to and they probably won't change until
their house burns down. My feeling is that the helpers of this news
group shouldn't be monolithic and push people into software that
they don't want or need. It's like being pushed into Vista when XP Home
is perfectly fine for someone and their current needs. Does that
makes sense ?
Perhaps my work and volunteering in the senior citizen community
gives me awareness of computer users who almost never upgrade and
who almost never change software brands. That said, I love the
typo on this website.
