There are two things you can try. First, Compact the
Folders [under File}. Did that work?
If not, then close the program, then look in the mail
section of the Netscape profile. There, you will find a
file called inbox.msf. Once found, delete it. Now, restart
Netscape. Click on the inbox, and download your messages.
