unable to receive email

March 4th and 5th I get an indication that there are 5 emails.  Browser 
is Netscape 7.2.  I double click on INBOX and get this message:  Alert! 
  This folder is being processed.  Please wait until processing is 
complete to get messages.

Any ideas on how I can get my new email messages?
