Looking for FAQ for NS 7.2 when upgrading WIN98 to XP

After upgrading from WIN98 to XP, NS7.2 can no longer find the profiles. 
Is there an FAQ that explains the issues? I assume NS us looking in a 
folder that use to there in WIN98 but is no longer there in XP?
