Yes.  But oddly, sometimes I can't add an account.  I'll go through the 
steps, and it just won't be there.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it 
doesn't.

Nope.  Not on my Netscape 7.2 under Windows 98.  Mozilla Thunderbird has 
it, but that program is unstable on my system.
