I went into account settings, down to Outgoing Server, and created a new
outgoing server, made it the default, and deleted the old one. There is
no place (that I can find) in "each (Email) account" to select the
outgoing server. Even with the aol.com outgoing server deleted from the
outgoing server list, Email still tries to use it (and fails).
