Problem with 7.2 and new monitor

I just upgraded my monitor to a 22" wide screen.

All my other programs work fine AND in full screen.

Netscape has wide bars on both sides when I access any web site.  My 
email using Netscape is full screen.

How can I fix this problem, or am I stuck with the wide bars ?
