Taking the plunge

by "David Gee" <scoop604@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 23, 2007 at 10:13 AM

I have used NS 7.1 for years, and understand it (as well as I need to!)
but it's getting older faster than I am. I get several error messages
each day, telling me my browser is inadequate and refusing a connection.
So I'm ready to plunge into a new version.

How high a version of Netscape can I install without multiple known
glitches? And without having to switch over to FireFox and Thnderbird?
I don't have time for any aggro just now; I DO want to keep the "suite"
structure for the time being. So do I go to 8.x or 8.x.y or 9.x or ....
?
