I write utility assembly programs. I have one that will disconnect
your phone line and others that end
specific programs that aren't needed after a connection has been made.

I could easily make one for you that only ends netscape. It would only
be about 3000 bytes and you could make a desktop icon for it or put it
in the tray.

They work with XP.
