How to Save and Print Addresses

With SM 1.1.1, how do I backup my Addresses and Bookmarks to a CD for 
later installation in case of a H.D. failure.

Also how can I Print a list of Addresses without taking 15 pages to do so.
If I just go to Windows > Address Book and FILE > Print Address Book, my 
printer starts printing about  13 addresses to the page....Triple spaced 
between addresses.
