I don't know exactly what your is causing your problem.  However my 
NS7.2 started acting up a couple of weeks ago. I had lockup, things did 
not work, etc.

I found that it had automatically loaded the latest flashplayer.   Just 
recently Adobe fixed the problem and and now NS works OK.  The new 
flashplayer can be downloaded at the adobe site.
