again sorry for crossposting...
i have made a dos system from a win98 system files:
ver: Windows 98 [VERSION 4.10.2222]

i tried changing all program that are loading in autoexec.bat & config.sys

and it didnt help

when i type MEM
i get:
"Largest executable program size is 410k"
Conventional memory:
TOTAL 640k
USED: 229
FREE: 411

at this point i can run my program.
but when i start: "NET SHARE"
then my program wont start.
then my Conventional memory is:
USED 254
FREE: 386

my upper and reserved memory is 0
XMS is 64M

any ideas?
