Hi, Jason.

I don't really have a need for it under a VDM, so I haven't done that
much digging and really haven't worried about it, but it looks like
GVFM 1.40 simply hangs my default VDM, and GVFM 2.23 does this as well.
The VDM is easily terminated, but the lack of output (it simply hangs)
makes it hard to tell what might be happening.

I'll play with it some more and see if I can provide something a bit
more useful.
