bios corrupted

Hi all,
 My pc bios very often shows while booting that CMOS settings are
corrupted and to press F1 to continue.Hoe to avoid these bios/CMOS
getting corrupted.Is it possible to automate the pressing of F1 incase
the "CMOS/BIos corrupted " message appears?
